Musical Theatre Production Program

for Kids in Grades 2-8—FALL SEMESTER

The Kids' Musical Theatre Production Program meets on Saturday afternoons, 12:30-3:30pm. (All cast meet from 12:30-2:30pm and students are called as-needed from 2:30-3:30 pm for small-group work, solos, duets, etc.)

Students study acting, dance, and vocal music under the direction of three top-notch experts in their fields, and rehearse for a main stage musical production. The Spring 2025 musical is "Something Rotten, Jr." Show dates are June 14, 15, & 16, 2025.

Triple Promise theatre-production programs are all-inclusive; costumes, props, scenery, lighting and sound equipment, etc. are all included in the cost of tuition. Parents only need to provide undergarments, hair spray, hair pins, and light make-up for show days, and, in some cases, shoes.

The Spring Kids' Musical Theatre Production Program meets Saturdays, 12:30-3:30pm, from January 18, 2025, through the show dates on June 13, 14, & 15, 2025. All students rehearse 12:30-2:30pm. The 2:30-3:30pm schedule will be called on an as-needed basis.

This is a high calibre musical theatre production program. It is not a child care program. Students learn acting, vocal music, and dance under the tutelage of highly experienced and talented instructors, culminating in a very high quality theatrical production with costumes, scenery, professional body mics, lighting and sound equipment, and much more. Students are expected to behave appropriately and professionally at all times, and to treat the equipment we use with the utmost respect. Triple Promise welcomes students of all experiences and ability levels, providing they have a genuine interest to learn. Willing, enthusiastic participation at all times is a bare minimum requirement for enrollment; Triple Promise staff will NEVER force or cajole students to participate, and "just watching" is absolutely not allowed. Everyone participates fully, every single day. If you do not think that your child is capable of willing, enthusiastic participation without the need for any sort of prodding, Triple Promise is not the right fit for your child. Additionally, disruptive or unruly behavior of any kind is simply not tolerated for any reason.
